DMCA Policy for Crispy Cilantro Lime Chicken
Crispy Cilantro Lime Chicken ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures for responding to allegations of copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.
We will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent, as described below. This policy applies to all content hosted on or associated with Crispy Cilantro Lime Chicken properties.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that we have removed or disabled access to it.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. To do so, you must provide our Copyright Agent with a written counter-notification that includes substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Crispy Cilantro Lime Chicken may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party.
